我们处理哪些信息
为完成你主动发起的简历审阅，我们会处理你上传的文件、从中提取的文本、你选择的输出偏好、订单状态及必要的支付确认信息。联系方式仅在你主动通过反馈表提交时处理。我们不要求你创建账户，也不将订单能力凭证放入网址。
信息使用与共享
上述信息仅用于提供、维护和改进本次服务、处理支付与防止滥用。简历文本会发送给受托的 AI 服务商用于分析和改写；后台当前可配置通义千问或 DeepSeek，主服务遇到超时、限流或服务端故障时，内容可能转交备用服务完成处理，因此在不确定的请求失败情形下，两家服务都可能收到同一次提交。支付信息由你选择的支付服务商按其流程处理。请避免上传不必要的敏感信息；外部 AI 服务分别适用其隐私说明与DeepSeek 隐私政策。除为实现服务、遵守适用要求或保护平台安全所必要的情形外，我们不会出售你的个人信息。
保留、访问与安全
源文件和简历文本按系统保留策略自动清理；订单和支付记录可保留合理期间，以处理交付、对账、争议和安全需要。我们采取与轻量服务相称的访问控制与传输保护措施，但请避免上传不必要的敏感信息，并自行保留重要副本。
你的选择
你可停止提交、使用新的浏览器会话，或通过页面上的反馈入口提出与订单相关的合理请求。为保护订单内容，我们可能需要核验你对该订单的控制权后才能处理请求。本说明适用于 plusresume.com；外部支付与 AI 服务的处理以其各自政策为准。

Data use and sharing
We process the résumé and order information you submit to provide this review, confirm payment, operate the service and prevent abuse. Résumé text may be sent to a contracted AI provider for analysis and rewriting. The service can use Qwen or DeepSeek; where the primary provider times out, is rate limited, or has a server failure, the same content may be sent to the configured backup, so an uncertain request failure can result in both providers receiving a submission. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. The providers apply their own privacy information and DeepSeek Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by the provider you select. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Source files and résumé text are cleared under the service retention policy; limited order and payment records may remain for operations, reconciliation, disputes and security. You may raise an order-related request through the feedback button available on every page, subject to verification that you control that order. Third-party services apply their own policies.
